Hydrology is inherently uncertain and dynamic in the field of water resources engineering, as it involves numerous unknown and uncertain parameters that affect predictions. At Hydrotec & Engineering Consultants, we conduct hydrological calculations grounded in our scientific expertise, applied hydrological knowledge, and practical experience. We utilise industry-standard rainfall-runoff hydrological software, including ReFH2.3 (Revitalised Flood Hydrograph) and FEH (Flood Estimation Handbook). Before estimating the design flow for a hydrological event, we calibrate and verify the simulated rainfall and flow data against available observed data.
